I have practiced in Utah since 1999. Lex Utah is limited to legal malpractice and fiduciary litigation — claims against lawyers, trustees, personal representatives, and other people who held a duty.

I began at Snow, Christensen & Martineau for 18 years where the work included professional-liability and civil litigation. I later practiced as a partner at Lewis Hansen Pleshe Flanders for several years and now practice as principal of my own firm.
